I have just read the merchants response on your online form and I am just as appalled by that as I am of the fact that you closed the case & assumed resolved. What's resolved? I sent you a complete report from a stone expert stating that he came and perfomed several tests on my granite and concluded that it was in fact doctored with some sort of colorant. Any soda or juice on the granite for approx. 30 SECONDS strips the black color off and I'm left with light grey spots. All Granite sent you a vague letter saying they showed me the slab, big deal! The slab as well as my counter look great until you use it! They said they sent a technician out three times but conveniently left out the fact that his "repair" was to put a BLACK WAX on the spots to color them in.COLOR THEM IN! Do you think granite is "colored" by anything other than nature?! Granite does not fade unless it's doctored. I thought the Better Business Bureau was there to help the consumer resolve a dispute but you have not done that.All you did was post my complaint & their response- end of case.Never mind all the evidence I sent you. I never even received a response from you. I happen to check online and found you had closed the case with no mention of the inspection report I sent you from a stone EXPERT. What more do you need? If you want pictures I can provide that as well.This case is not resolved!
