Case : Ms. T.H. (name withheld for privacy)
Ms. T.H. purchased 'black' granite countertops from All Granite and Marble in New Jersey. Within a very short time, she noticed peculiar discolorations appearing all over, sometimes a result of such irresponsible actions on her part as spilling juice on the counter.
